General terms

The general conditions constitute an integral part of the holiday let contract entered into between you and  Calpe Stabili, S.L.U.

CalpeStabili offers 2 different options of letting our appartments:

- Short Term Rental (Weekly, Quincenal or Monthly)

- Long Term Rental



- The minimum let is one week.

- The máximum let is one month.

- The deposit required will be 200€. The deposit will be returned in full provided that there is no damage to the apartment.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (Short term Rental. Max. 1 month):

- Water

- Electricty

- Community

- Cleaning service. One time per week.



- The maximun let will be 6 months, which can be renewed.

- The deposit required will be one mensuality.


- Cleaning service. One time per week.

- Community.


The use of parking places are not included in the Price. You can rent it for 7 €/day.


We offer to our clients, the rental of our Taxi2Airport service, with a cost of 90€/trip.

We offer you the possibility to rent:

- Motorcycles

- Quads

- Mountain Bikes

- Kayaks

- Etc...



The minimum let is one week.

A payment of 25% of the total let price is required to confirm the booking. This amount should be paid within a maximum period of two weeks, starting from when our company has confirmed the booking. In the case of a last minute booking, payment should be made via wire or bank transfer. The remainder should be paid on arrival, in cash or by cheque.

If payment is effected by bank transfer, a copy of the payment should be sent by fax. If the transfer is not received within the stipulated 2 weeks, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking, with no prior notice.

At no time does the company guarantee the specific number of the apartment to be leased. Instead, it guarantees the type of apartment. However, we do our best to meet customer specifications when making the booking in terms of location: top floor apartment, ground floor apartment etc.

NO ANIMALS ALLOWED. If an animal is found on the premises after arrival, the let will be terminated automatically, and the payments made will not be reimbursed.

Max. occupation:

In the 2 bedroom appartments will be permitted 4 adults and 2 children max, or 5 adults.

All matters that are not covered by these conditions will be subject to Decree 19/1997 of the Government of Valencia, whereby the Regulations governing Prices and Bookings for Holiday Accommodation were approved, and Decree 30/1993 of the Government of Valencia whereby the Regulations governing Holiday Apartments were approved.



Incoming tenants may take possession after 17:00, and keys may be collected between 17:00 and 19:00. The apartment should be vacated before 10.00 on the day of departure.



If the booking is cancelled, the following cancellation charges apply:

- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date: 10% of the down payment.

- Cancellation 30-8 days before arrival date: 50% of the down payment.

- Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival date: 100% of the down payment.

In the event that the client decides not to use the services contracted during their stay, they will not be entitled to any REFUNDS.



If the contracted accommodation is not available, due to circumstances which are beyond the control of the company, the company will place another apartment at the disposal of the client which has the same or better specifications, at no added charge.



A deposit will be paid when the keys are received from the company agent, on taking possession of the apartment.

The deposit must be delivered via credit card or cash. If apartment returned with extreme dirt, the company reserves the right to deduct the proportionate share of the bond as cleaning extra expense. The deposit will not be returned if you leave trash bags in the house.



In accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, that regulates Data Protection (LOPD), you are hereby notified that during the booking process your personal details will be entered into the company files for the purpose of provision and promotion of services. You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to any of the data held by the company, which is the entity that is legally responsible for the file, and whose address is given in point 1 of this document.
